ICT Functional Skills Level 2
At this level the learner should have intermediate skills at Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Database, Email, Internet Browser and understand the risks posed by viruses and spyware.
Your learner maybe using Microsoft Office and there are currently 3 main versions you may come across, Office 2003, 2007 and 2010. If your learner isn't using a Microsoft Office package you may see Open Office which is a free office package.
The main features will be very similar but each one will be different in some way.
Since the online FS assessment uses it's own package it is important that the learner understands the language used such as "alignment" or "font" as if they can recognise these functions it will make it easier to navigate the online version.
For this level I suggest the learner should be able to do the following:

- Headers and Footers (2003, 2007, 2010)
